Dreaming a dream
What I wanted to be (then) was a devoted wife and mother. Stupidly/retardedly, now I realised it isn't gonna bring me anywhere. Esp at a time like this.
If I can be whatever I wanted, it would be an architect or somewhere between drawing, buildings, designing and physically building/making something. Okay, it still sounds like architecture.
I put that down cause it wasn't ideally good to be an architect in Singapore. I have to be the best and even so, I'll probably get restricted on the types of building I could design (land constrain). But it was something I wanted and dream of.
If I could choose again, I'll be brave, go against the negative thoughts and people's yanking that it is not something useful for a Singaporean. Just study what I wanted and not regret. It will definitely be wiser than to study something just because it could be an easier path and have a better future. So what if it doesn't work out in Singapore? I'll just move to wherever I want and develop my career. Maybe help recontruct buildings for the less fortunate people from other countries. Or just wherever people need me (and my weird/strange building designs).
Other than that, I just want to sing. Sing what I wanted, when I wanted. No stress or anything. Then maybe perform a gig once awhile.
And yes, find new band mates. Read more...
